Returns & Exchanges

Not in love with your purchase? No problem! Simply return your unwanted items back to us within 15 days of your purchase date for store credit. Please make sure your item(s) meet our criteria below. No exceptions allowed. 

Return Policy:

* We must receive your return postmarked within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a store credit. Once item is received and inspected, you can expect an e-gift card via the email address we have on file for your order. International orders are allowed 30 days.

* Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.

* Any returns sent after this period will be denied.

* Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 15 days will not be accepted.

* If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.

* Damaged/Defective items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email or call within 3 DAYS of delivery.

* Shipping charges are not refundable.

Do we offer return labels?

We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!

Can I make a return past the 15 day period for store credit? 

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 15 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back.

Return purchases that are covered by Purchase Protection via Facebook/Instagram that require return labels sent will have the shipping label cost deducted from the return as we do not provide return labels.

What if one of my items arrived damaged or defective?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can rectify it for you right away.

We do not currently offer an exchange process for online orders. In store purchases may be exchanged if items are returned back to us within the 15 day timeframe.
